BANC OF AMERICA SECURITIES HEALTH CARE CONFERENCE

BOCA RATON, Fla. – May 14, 2004 – Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCRN) announced today that it is scheduled to make a presentation on Thursday, May 20, 2004, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the Banc of America Securities Health Care Conference being held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
