Corporate Governance

Cross Country Healthcare upholds a set of basic beliefs to guide its actions, including the belief that business should be conducted with integrity and consistent with the highest standards of ethical behavior. This belief governs our interaction with our hospital and healthcare provider clients, the healthcare professionals we place with our customers, suppliers, employees and investors. In accordance with this belief, we have implemented a number of improvements to our corporate governance practices in response to various initiatives in this area, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the corporate governance standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market. We are committed to continually improving our governance practices to meet or exceed all applicable regulatory requirements.
