It is our current intention to retain future earnings, if any, for use in the operation and expansion of our business and we do not anticipate declaring or paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future. In addition, covenants in our credit facility limit our ability to declare and pay cash dividends on our common stock.

The travel nurse staffing industry is highly competitive, with limited barriers to entry. Our principal competitor in the travel nurse staffing industry is AMN Healthcare Services Inc. We also compete with a number of nationally and regionally focused temporary nurse staffing companies that have the capabilities to relocate nurses geographically and, to a lesser extent, with local temporary nurse agencies.
In addition, the markets for our allied, staffing, and per diem nurse staffing and for our healthcare-oriented human capital management services are highly competitive and highly fragmented, with limited barriers to entry.
